Application Security Engineer

We handle application security assessments at an epic scale. As an Application Security Engineer (ASE) you will assess, validate, and manage the incoming security vulnerability submissions based on the latest standards.


In this role, you will work on not only one company’s security program but potentially hundreds, you will be exposed to the Internet’s best security researchers and their cutting-edge security testing methodologies. 


Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director of Technical Operations, you will participate in Penetration testing programs and take incoming submission data and curate it for validity, accuracy, and severity as well as communicate directly with clients or researchers when additional information is required. 


Required Skills:
-2+ years’ experience in Penetration Testing, strong knowledge of OWASP Top Ten vulnerabilities, CVEs, or independent vulnerability research. 
-Trustable knowledge and hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure and features security testing.
-Experience in identifying and exploiting web and Mobile applications, as well as infrastructure side vulnerabilities.
-Experience in working with Security testing tools including Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Burp Suite, or equivalents.
-Strong Pentest reporting capabilities.
-Excellent English Knowledge, Fluency in speaking, and writing, and overall communication skills.
