Commercial Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic commercial expert who is excited to help us to shape the future of the business. To succeed in the role, the candidate should have enthusiasm and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:
● Following up the company's Local/foreign purchases such as coreespondences, order placement, PI collection, commercial registration, currency allocation, bank -related tasks.
● Coordinate with resource identification unit to provide samples for purchasing first-time goods.
● Negotiate faster-than-usual delivery of needed items so the company’s operations go uninterrupted
● contact the key people of authorities to get currency and required permits for products.
● Following up the order registration process with the Ministry of the health and MOC.

Requirements:
-        At least bachelor Degree in related fields
-        Good command of computer skills (especially Excel)
-        Being able to work in needed extra times
-        Flexible and team work experience
-        Ideal age range: 25-35 years old
-        Good knowledge of English to check and reply to commercial emails.
