Job Description:
Synapse Accelerator Co. is active in the health industry and its goal is to empower different talented teams to create new breakthroughs in this industry. We are looking for an ambitious senior commercial expert to join us in our future journey.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and improve all foreign commercial affairs such as:
        o Sourcing, selecting, and corresponding with international suppliers.
        o Provide a database of manufacturers and suppliers.
        o Currency allocations and insurance and inspection.
        o Supplier evaluation with the help of other departments when needed.
        o Negotiating and contracting to place orders, based on company requirements.
• Analyzing price proposals, and financial reports, and determining reasonable prices.
• Documenting the ordering process and preparing regular reports, forecast plans, and timetables.
• Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting import and export.
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide practical and suitable commercial infrastructures.
Requirements:
•  Experienced in foreign commerce.
• Expert in all affairs of commercial including, order processes, payment documentation commercial registration, logistics (transportation and import), and related arrangements.
• Expert in commercial and international business terms and regulations.
• Expert in commercial documentation.
• Excellent in banking relations.
• Expert in negotiation.
• Work experience in the field of health and IVD is an advantage.
