Position Overview: 
 This position plays a critical role in our operation. You will be responsible for reviewing resumes of potential candidates and choose them for the recruiters based on provided criteria. 
 Job Responsibilities: 
 Responsibilities include but not limited to:
·         Reviewing resumes of our potential candidates
·         Choosing the qualified candidates based on provided criteria and adding them to the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
·         Keep track of search parameters for each project
.         Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated
·         Help the talent team as needed in other duties
·         Provide daily reports on the number of reviewed candidates and the progress of the search to the talent acquisition manager
Job Requirements: 
·         Minimum a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
·         Strong “reading” skills in English 
·         Access to a laptop/computer and internet
·         Full time availability to work ( 8 hrs/day + Overtime Opportunities )
