What might be expected of you

• Use a highly-analytical customer-centric mindset to build a compelling vision of the future
• Aligning all stakeholders around the product vision 
• Collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders to build a state-of-the-art product strategy
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities and translate them into requirements
• Define and execute the product roadmap, from concept to launch 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products 
• Analyze and report on product performance, and make data-driven decisions 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products

 
Required skills

• 5 yrs plus product management experience, ideally in B2B and within FinTech/ Financial services
• Data-driven and collaborative product management practitioner and leader with experience in working with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams, align goals and deliverables and drive overall success independent of organizational boundaries
• Prior experience owning the long- and medium-term vision and product development roadmap. 
• Knowing how to measure the success of your product and continuously iterate to improve it for the benefit of our partners
• Prior experience in using Agile methodologies such as Scrum
• Knowledge of data analysis and related tools like SQL, Excel, etc
• High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently

What will get you ahead of other candidates?

• Relevant experience in the Fintech industry (a big plus)
• Familiarity with Python 
• Good understanding of UI/UX design concepts
