APM Trainee

Responsibilities: 

Your main responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with the product management team to gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and decision-making.
Assist in defining product requirements, features, and user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Support the product managers in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing the product backlog.
Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate product ideas and enhancements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to facilitate the product development process and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Contribute to the creation of product documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and release notes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Strong passion for technology, software products, and user-centric design.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
