Job Description

• Install, upgrade and support Atlassian products and integrate them with each other
• Administer the JIRA and Confluence environments/instances on a day-to-day basis including performance tuning, scaling, backups
• Monitor servers’ status (Log, performance, resource usage)
• Manage license updates and renewals for Atlassian products
• Responsible for Configuring Security, Configuring Email, Configuring Global Settings, Server Administration, Integrating JIRA with Code Development Tools
• Design and support custom JIRA workflows, screens, fields, automations, dashboards, and reports
• Jira and Confluence user management
• Gathering and studying requirements for developing and improving business processes base on ITIL
• Evaluate and recommend new plugins, add-ons, extensions to enhance JIRA and Confluence functionality for end-users
• Work independently with stakeholders and clients to design and deliver JIRA workflows to meet the stated and unstated business requirements
• Train staff on JIRA/Confluence
• Create JIRA/Confluence training and support documentation

Requirements

• Experience with Installing, administering, upgrading and supporting Atlassian products
• Experience with researching, evaluating, installing, and managing JIRA add-ons and plugins
• Linux/Windows Server, DB administration is a plus
• Experience with Developing and maintaining integrations between Jira and other solutions
• Very good knowledge of SDLC and experience working with Agile teams
• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills, process implementation skills
• Understanding ITIL framework to ensure strong development of processes
• Ability to create complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes, automations
• Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks
• Working with stakeholders on customizing JIRA workflow
• Experience with migrating projects smoothly from other JIRA instances
