Job Description

Job description 
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a deep understanding of Kubernetes and experience in backup and disaster recovery to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
 
  • Strong experience in designing, deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments
  • In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and Mesos
  • Expertise in automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and experience deploying Kubernetes clusters on these platforms
  • Understanding of networking principles and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and load balancing
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash, NodeJs
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions for Kubernetes clusters, such as Velero or Stash
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
