We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic product team. As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating unique designs for our merchandise products such as t-shirts, mugs, and notebooks. This role requires a strong artistic flair, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Create original, eye-catching designs for merchandise products, considering the target audience and brand guidelines.
• Research current design trends and incorporate them into your work to ensure our products stay fresh and appealing.
• Prepare design files for printing, ensuring accurate color profiles and appropriate file formats.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and market trends to improve product offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Knowledge of print production processes and requirements for merchandise products.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales channels is a plus.
