Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a B2B and B2C marketing strategy with the participation of sales managers
Plan and execute all marketing operations including SEO / SEM and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate them against targets (ROI & KPI)
Conceive new and creative digital marketing strategies to support company growth
Analyze competitors' websites, mobile apps and marketing initiatives
Interact with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the customer experience across multiple channels and customer contact points
Manage digital marketing expenses and report key metrics
Collaborate with agencies and other advertising partners
Keep up to date with emerging trends and opportunities in the digital marketing space
Leading, coordinating and directing assigned projects

Requirements:
Excellent understanding of social media metrics, websites and best practices
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
High communication ability and strong presentation
Effective team leadership
Strong understanding of Google Analytics
Mastery of Office software
Introduction to Adobe Photoshop
