Solution Designer

Review historical fulfillment trends, research drivers, and evaluate forecast results to identify the gaps and provide insight and recommendations to management on improving fulfillment processes and decreasing supply risks.

• Analyzing, optimizing, and simplifying workflows.
• Data Analysis through creating reports and dashboards
• Create timely and accurate information and present them to the company's senior management team.
• Project Analysis from the beginning and monitoring to the endpoint.
• Design and execute new statements, according to different teams' operational needs and important OKRs.
• Developing, reviewing, and analyzing department KPIs and OKRs’ data.
• Providing and controlling analysis, logic, and processes to create dashboards.
• Training stakeholders on new reports and dashboards.
• Work collaboratively with operational leadership and represented workgroups to develop and
• implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop matrix relationships to involve process experts and conduct improvement activities using
• problem-solving tools such as Lean, 6sigma, Kaizen, etc

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution design or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with database management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
