َAs a Growing Company We are currently seeking a MS Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our team who is responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of an overall solution. He/She ensures that the solution meets the Our needs now and in the future. Also ultimately responsible for the solution and work closely with the deployment team.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist in obtaining requirements and analysis
• Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business
• Dynamics CRM / 365 Solutions Design & Customizations
• Dynamics CRM / 365 Custom Develop, Software Integrations & Data Migrations
• Providing practical and Innovative Solutions Based on Business needs
• Installation, testing, re-expansion of requested and customized modules
• Processes implementation, testing and fixing
• Full participation in testing processes
• Plugin writing and programming
• System integration, code writing in CRM Web API
• Creating reports & dashboards based on complex mathematical calculations
• Creating reports and designing management dashboards based on received requirements
• Identifying the training needs, Training users and people under management
• Participating in QC processes
• Development activities documentation
• Communication with software provider organizations
• Mentorship of existing technical resources in architecture and governance of Dynamics 365

Requirements for this Role:

• Fluent with Power Platform technologies such as Power BI and Power Apps
• Fluent with PowerApps Portals, Dynamics 365 Portal
• Fluent in Information Systems Management
• Fluent in ERP concepts and integrated systems
• Fluent in Microsoft SharePoint reporting
• Fluent in C#, .NET Core, T-SQL, JavaScript, XRM
• Skills in working with MS SQL Server / SSRS / SSIS
• Skills in working with CSS, HTML and JS for custom interface
• Familiarity with KPI, OKR
• Familiarity with testing tools and methods
• Familiarity with Business process modeling
• Familiarity with Information Technology Concepts
• Mobile application development experience integrated with 365 Dynamics
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams in understanding, communicating, and interpreting business processes and needs

The perfect match will be…

• University Degree or International Equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification
• Microsoft Power Platform Certification
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience with MS Dynamics CRM with at least 3 years in an Architectural role
