We are looking for a new colleague to perform the following tasks:
1. Sourcing and negotiation with all suppliers including product suppliers, shipping companies, insurance companies, and so on.
2. Tracking orders.
3. Data entry and reports updating by Microsoft Excel program.
4. Working with NTSW system for order registration and importation process following up.
5. Communication with banks and managing all the affairs related to the registered orders.
6. Communication with customs broker PIC and tracking the order until arrival at company warehouse.
7. Managing empty container return and controlling demurrage charges.

Required qualifications: 
1. Fluent in English and preferably familiar with German language.
2. Quite skilled in working with Microsoft Excel program.
3. Familiar with international trading process and concepts.
4. Familiar with importation rules and regulations.
5. Self motivated and having the sense of responsibility.
