Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Extract data from different databases, interpret data, analyze results

Use statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports and dashboards

Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology Management (ITM), Computer Science, Statistics, or other related fields

Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed

High level of Team working and communication skills

Enthusiastic about data and analytics

Enthusiastic about learning and facing new challenges

Ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Familiar with the concept of Business Process Management and BPM

Technical expertise regarding data modeling skills and implementation, data mining, or experience with reporting infrastructures or databases (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) or knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, Minitab, SAS, Python, R, etc.)
