We are seeking an experienced and talented Social Media Manager/YouTube Manager to lead and manage our social media team at Divax. As the YouTube Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies across YouTube & Instagram. You will report directly to the business owner and work closely with the content creation team to achieve business goals.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage the target audience.
• Lead a team of social media specialists, video editors, and content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support in their day-to-day activities.
• Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity.
• Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, audience engagement, and growth.
• Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and tools, and implement them to drive results.
• Report directly to the business owner, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, YouTube Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in managing a team and providing effective leadership and guidance.
• Strong understanding of social media strategies, content creation, and community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the brand voice across different platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with video production and YouTube best practices would be a plus.
