Responsibilities:


Work closely with Product Managers to find design solutions.
Designing web applications A to Z
Creating prototypes, wireframes, and interface mock-ups to demonstrate product design ideas
Keeping user experience consistent across different stages
Conduct layout and UX adjustments based on user feedback
Meeting business and conversion goals in the design
Making and keeping a healthy design hand-over approach
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
Working with developers and other team members to implement designed solutions correctly
Meeting product team deadlines


Requirements:

+3 years of experience in product design
Superb visual digital design skills, using Adobe XD/Figma or similar tools.
Proven track record of creating high-quality user interfaces and designs - let’s see your portfolio!
Experience with one of the common design systems or UI frameworks, such as Material UI etc.
Low-fi and High-fi prototyping skills for a test or presentation purpose
User research, user behavior analysis, usability testing skills 
A design thinking approach and empathic mindset toward user experience
A clear understanding of what can and cannot be done from a front-end perspective
Ability to work well on an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team
Proficiency in English Reading and Listening skills (Listening required for attending meetings with international customers)


Bonus Requirements:

Experienced in working with analytics dashboards related to UI/UX (Clarity, Google Analytics, Hotjar)
B2B product design experience
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
