• Experienced in 3G technology optimization.
• KPI well understanding as of UMTS accessibility, retainability, mobility and integrity.
• Familiar with Huawei software and tools.
• Experienced in network level improvement and feature trials.
• Experienced in DT/SSV log file analyzing, deciding, initiating action for coverage and throughput improvement. 
• Well experienced in parameters changing, troubleshooting and network optimization to improve the KPI.
• OSS/HW Knowledge will be advantages.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience is required.
