We are looking for a Senior Python Backend Developer to join our team and help us develop and improve our product. 

Our organization specializes in creating cutting-edge solutions in the form of an online survey builder called SANJUP. With a commitment to excellence, we leverage Python and Django for our backend, Vue.js for the frontend, PostgreSQL for our database, and Docker for DevOps. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our existing backend and frontend developers to enhance and maintain the SANJUP online survey builder.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Python and Django.
• Work closely with the product manager to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall product roadmap.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve our technology stack.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Python Backend Developer, with a focus on web applications.
• Strong expertise in Python and Django, with a deep understanding of Django ORM.
• Experience working with databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Proficient with version control systems, specifically Git and GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for DevOps and containerization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, especially Vue.js
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Prior experience with online survey or form-building applications.
