The LTE FDD Radio Optimization Engineer will be required lead over NPO topics and work independently to perform network optimization activities and be primary interface between HFN and Customer Engineering Team.


As part of our team, you will:

Be involved in consultancy tasks and will make decisions related to parameter changes in Network Optimization.
As member of the team, you will help the customer also with the activation plan, KPI monitoring, report generation and evaluation of the proposed changes.
Troubleshoot and improve KPIs on Radio Optimization of LTE networks OSS & FMQI
Radio propagation planning, optimization of coverage footprint and service
Your Skills And Experience

Key must-haves:

Deep knowledge of Huawei MAE (FMA,LMT, Query Result,CME,Main topology, MML scripts, CM Operations Manager, Monitor, etc).
Good knowledge of main Drive Test Tools to analyze Drive Test information to support the Feature testing and parameter changes
Good working experience on 4G/5G systems (planning & optimization)
Strong working experience on 4G MBB &5G NSA systems (planning & optimization)
Strong working experience on Huawei 4G & 5G parameters, counters and KPIs, features for at least 2 last years.
Good technical understanding of network optimization
In depth trouble-shooting capability from analysis of network statistics and drive test logs.
Good overall understanding of telecommunications business and Huawei Networks solutions in mobile.
Excellent presentation and consultation skills to make complex technical matters clearer to customer are necessary
5+ years’ experience in Radio Access technologies
Experience in IP Technologies
BSc degree in Telecommunications or relevant departments
Equally important, you are:

Keen on creating technical presentations and good communication skills to present them to the customer
Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
Team player, good communication skills and ability to work in Big team
Self-driven and spirit of initiative
It would be nice if you also had:

Valuable if you have some experience with Analysis Tools like Power BI or similar
Programming skills in Python, SQL, is essential
Querying databases and using statistical computer languages: Python, SQL, etc
