Full-Stack Digital Marketer (Focus on Iran)

Job Description:
As part of our expansion in Iran and the Middle East, we are seeking a talented Full-Stack Digital Marketer to join our team.
This fully remote role requires a strong grasp of both Persian and English, as you will be implementing international trends locally. The ideal candidate will be adept in various digital marketing disciplines, including content creation, SEO, social media, digital advertising (excluding PPC), and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Craft marketing goals, pinpoint target markets, select fitting digital channels (like social media, email, SEO, and digital ads), and devise practical plans.
• Content Creation and Management: Generate compelling content that attracts and engages our target audience, including articles, blog posts, videos, and podcasts.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Enhance website and content visibility to improve search engine rankings.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Use digital analytics tools for tracking marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports.
• Social Media Management: Develop content strategies, interact with users, and manage feedback on various social platforms.
• Digital Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including social media and display advertising.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing strategies, craft newsletters, and monitor outcomes.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to align marketing strategies with the company's broader goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Fluent in Persian; proficiency in English is required.
• Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Excellent data analysis skills and familiarity with digital analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry is advantageous.
• Must be up-to-date with international digital marketing trends and able to apply them in the local context.
