Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting comprehensive and legally sound contracts to ensure smooth business operations.
- Managing the contract signing process and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Diligently reviewing, editing, and providing valuable insights on contracts to mitigate potential risks.
- Assisting in the registration of companies and handling changes like board modifications, capital increases, and more.
- Drafting any letters related and necessary to the job, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
- Documenting and keeping track of all legal work and ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
- Issuing share certificates and updating the companies' shareholders structure to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract law and corporate legal procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem is a plus.
