Job Description

1. Be responsible for the maintenance of the Datacom product line: responsible for fault recovery, operation review, network change, health check, and rectification of products on the live network.
2. Review the operation and be responsible for the operation quality.
3. Fast recovery of network outages and issues and fault rectification within defined SLAs, root cause analysis and prepare and implement the recovery solution.
4. Routine network audits to identify the risks and bottle necks and preparing analysis reports.
5. Provide technical support services for external customers, and help customers solve problems and optimize networks.
6. Skill transfer and training, give the training to team, make improvement plans.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in communications, computer, electronics, etc. Master's degree is preferred;
2.  Independent thinking and self-learning ability; Good teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, optimistic attitude, strong learning ability.
3.  Recognize the corporate culture and develop in the company for a long time
4.  Language requirements: Be fluent in English and have the ability to read English technical materials.
5.  Have a proficient command of basic Datacom product knowledge (ATN/NE40E/NE8K/BNG/FW...) and profound protocol/service knowledge (OSPF/ISIS/BGP/MPLS/TE/L2VPN/L3VPN/QOS/CGN...). Have a good command of common IPRAN/IPCORE/IPDCN/IGW/IPBB solutions. Have a proficient command of common operations and maintenance operations of Datacom products.
6.  Have a proficient command of the configuration and commissioning of Huawei Datacom products, such as ATN, NE40E and firewall.
7.  Familiar with mobile services(2G/3G/4G/5G) interface and related logical device. Familiar with E2E traffic flow and solution from access layer to IGW network layer.
8.  Have at least eight years' experience in delivering Datacom product engineering or maintenance projects of Huawei carrier networks, if pretty good, at least five years’ experience.
9.  Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and can be used as the working language;
10.  Careful and proactive work, strong sense of responsibility and service, and strong sense of confidentiality;
11.  Have good communication and coordination skills and sense of teamwork. Be able to play the role of project leader and lead the team to successfully deliver projects.
