Requirements:
- Proven work experience as HR Specialist / HR Supervisor / Associate HRBP
- Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development)
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Familiarity with a full cycle of recruiting
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability
- Team management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to Have:
- BSc/MSc in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field
- Professional HR Certification (PHR or SPHR)
