Hafhashtad is seeking a passionate and talented Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to design and deliver products that meet the needs of our diverse user base while aligning with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-centered products and features across our platform.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and pain points.

• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are visually appealing and intuitive.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate design concepts into tangible products.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.

• Contribute to the mentorship and development of junior designers.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping web and mobile products.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and practices.

• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design with Figma.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and visual storytelling skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for creating user-centered and innovative products.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with Super-application products and services.

• Experience with user testing tools such as Clarity, Maze, Optimal Workshop.

• Aptitude for problem-solving and logical reasoning
