Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Data Scientist.
As a Junior Data Scientist, you will work closely with our Data Science team to analyze complex
data sets, develop predictive models, and provide valuable insights to drive data-driven decision
making.
Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data science team to design and implement statistical models, algorithms and
  machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, and gain
  actionable insights.
• Clean, preprocess and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Development and maintenance of statistical models and algorithms for analysis and forecasting.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning and statistical
  methods.

Required Skill

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Mathematics, or relevant fields or equivalent
  work experience.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Fluency in Python (knowledge of R is extra).
• Experience with data-related libraries in Python (e.g., Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib,
  Seaborn, etc.)
• Proficiency in Query languages like SQL.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Metabase, Oracle Analytics Server, Power BI,
  or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Data collection and interpretation.
• Familiar with Big Data and its toolsets like Hadoop, Hive, and Spark
• Strong Communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Self-educator, taking extra steps to learn new tools.
• At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst or a similar role.
  Proficiency in English

Preferred Skills

• At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst or a similar role.
• Experience with financial data and organizations.
• Ability to work efficiently with data at large scales.
• Experience working with data APIs.
