We at Rasta are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Market developer. The successful candidate should have 1-2 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred), fluency in English (advanced in Speaking & Writing), and proficiency in advertising and lead generation methods.

Responsibilities:

Perform market research for each product, including competitor analysis, customer preferences, and industry trends, to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Hold periodic meetings with vendors to discuss marketing strategies, evaluate performance, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
Arrange meetings with potential customers to present products or services, leveraging marketing materials and knowledge to support the sales process.
Oversee and manage the company's website and SEO activities, coordinating with the website team to ensure optimal performance and search engine visibility.
Manage the company's LinkedIn page, including regular posting of engaging content, monitoring engagement and analytics, and building a strong online presence.

Requirements:

1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Fluency in English, (Speaking & Writing)
Proficiency in advertising and lead generation methods, including SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, and email marketing
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions
Strong organizational and project management skills
