Responsibilities
- Use historical data, market trends, and business intelligence to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking events.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and close sales deals.
- Follow up with customers after sales, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services, as well as our sales and marketing strategies.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to collect insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of experiences as a sales team in online shops.
- Demonstrated experience in sales planning, strategy development, and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and business analytics tools.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
