It's essential that the Candidate MUST have:

Ability to write efficient, maintainable code that conforms to software development standards.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft .Net, MVC, C#, jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, Html5, CSS3, OOPs.
Strong knowledge of developing applications using ASP.Net MVC.
Good coding and designing skills
Must have knowledge of multiple databases, SQL Queries, procedures & functions.
Minimum of 3 years in Software Development.
Basic level of proficiency with operating systems, networks, servers, and databases.
Ability to ramp up quickly and assimilate technical and functional knowledge of solutions for effective interactions with clients.
A highly self-motivated employee with the ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience in ERP & CRM Domain would be an added advantage.
