Job Description
Communicate with suppliers of the company to place orders and arrange the shipments.
Required to organize shipments and related activities up to customs clearance.
Following up the customs clearance process and bank allocation as well as any other activities related to importing goods or stock in company warehouse.
Document the ordering process based on company requirements.
Working closely with the senior manager in creating & designing new models based on the market research he/she has conducted.
Conducting market analysis, based on available competitive suppliers, prices, quality and reporting his findings to the senior manager.
Prepare regular reports, and forecast plans and timetables.
Supplier evaluation with the help of other departments when needed.
Requirements / Skills
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial affairs or other related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in commerce and expert in commercial steps.
Good command of English, verbal and written
Background in logistics (shipment, custom clearance ...) having communicated directly with forwarders.
Familiar with custom clearance procedures.
Good at MS Office, especially Excel.
Very high level of accuracy due to the detailed nature of the work.
Familiar with rules and regulations of banking procedures.
Punctuality and time management: Someone who doesn't need to be followed up by senior managers and instead can report before a follow up comes due.
Familiar and interested in sales and procurement skills.
Stress tolerance and decision-making skills.
Enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, creative, and a team player.
Ideal age range: 24 to 34 years old.
