POSITION SUMMARY

As a Line Electrician, you will be responsible for timely M&I of Electricity and Automation (E&A), including instruments, PLC, and HMI for the safe and smooth operation of all factory plants, by reducing related shutdowns and enhancing product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people's health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

·       Timely M and I of Electricity and Automation (E and A), including instruments, PLC, and HMIs for the safe and smooth operation of all factory plants, by reducing related breakdowns and enhancing product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people’s health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised.

·       Complete the PM (Plan Maintenance) process of the plant.
·       Troubleshoot all electrical issues and prevent the breakdown of lines.
·       Improve shift handover/takeover process.
·       Control circuit concept, components, and function.
·       Servicing, repairing, and maintenance of Pneumatic components/systems.
·       Prepare work orders according to requirements and complete and TECO them.
·       Maintain stand-by equipment to make them ready in the time of emergency.
·       Follow up on routine maintenance activities and work orders.
·       Troubleshoot and put the equipment in operation as soon as possible.
·       Update the information regarding equipment efficiency and spares in the Tech store.
·       Responsible for the practical implementation of process description activities based on NQMS objectives and principles, review, and improvement of KPIs.

ARE YOU A FIT?

·       Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Control, Power, or Electrical Engineering.
·       At least 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering discipline, preferably in a food-related manufacturing plant/ or being a quick learner person.
·       Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning, and/or maintenance execution is an advantage.
·       High commitment to safety with a high understanding of safety and environmental principles.
·       Problem-solving mindset, teamwork spirit, good communication skills, result-focus mindset, creative personality, and great responsibility.
·       Intermediate English level.
