Product Manager

We are embarking on an exciting journey to develop cutting-edge AI-based products that will revolutionize interactions with all types of digital devices by enabling natural language command understanding for Farsi-speaking users across diverse use cases.


PMs Objectives 

• Provide vision, direction, and product strategy to the development team and stakeholders throughout the product development life cycle.
• Collaborate and communicate with development, external quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the right customer problem is getting solved.
• Understand technical requirements for the completion of new initiatives and ensure their success.
• Being able to develop a product roadmap and push the tech team to reach a timing plan. 
• Assumes responsibility for the timely delivery of the product in accordance with project plans and schedules.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Regularly communicate product progress to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the delivery of the product. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform decision-making. Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Job Specifications 

• The PM must clearly define the tasks that need to be accomplished to achieve the project goals. 
• Communicating with teams to make sure of a similar understanding of tasks goals, and deadlines. 
• Effectively managing the resources allocated to the project. This includes ensuring that team members are not overworked or underutilized, and that equipment and materials are available when needed.
• The PM must also communicate regularly with stakeholders. This includes providing project updates, discussing any changes or issues, and ensuring that the project is meeting the stakeholders’ expectations.
• The PM must constantly monitor the progress of the project. This includes tracking the completion of tasks, managing the project schedule, and identifying any bottlenecks or issues that could delay the project.
• The PM must create a detailed project plan and roadmap based on the project contract. This includes defining the project scope, setting milestones, and allocating resources.

Job Requirements

• Good understanding of contracts and legal negotiations.
• Excellent understanding of project management methods.
• Good understanding of IOT and AI technology.
• Have the capability of analyzing stakeholders' requirements.
• Familiarity with project management methods. 
• Good understanding of the automobile industry. 
• General requirements ( age, military service, … ) 
• Advanced communication / presentation skills 
• Excellent negotiation skills
