Requirements:

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Linux, MySQL, Oracle, and PL/SQL.
  • Adaptability: The ability to readily adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and priorities.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication, documentation, and training skills.
  • Language: Upper-intermediate English language knowledge.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  •  Experience in supporting enterprise applications is a plus.



Job Description:

As a Support Engineer at Samaneh Jame SAEI Co., you'll play a pivotal role in configuring and maintaining our applications to meet our customers' needs. 

 
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Application Configuration: Collaborate with customers to configure and customize applications according to their requirements.
  • Testing: Conduct thorough testing after each application change to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve application issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ticketing System: Utilize our ticketing system to accurately update the status and progress of support tickets.
  • Daily Operations: Handle day-to-day operational tasks raised by our customers, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Performance Optimization: Maintain and optimize application performance to meet defined standards.
  • Prioritization: Assess and evaluate the time required to address and prioritize bug fixes and feature requests.
  • Collaboration: Engage in selected meetings, conferences, conference calls, and planning sessions to contribute to the team's success.
  • Monitoring: Implement monitoring scripts and set alarms for critical parameters based on standard metrics to ensure application stability.
