Role Overview:

As a Product Manager at our company, you will be instrumental in driving the evolution and success of our therapy platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define product strategies, and ensure the delivery of impactful solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the mental health industry.
• Analyze data from various sources to identify insights and opportunities for product improvements and feature enhancements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product roadmap effectively.
• Define clear requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Act as a connection between the product team and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Engage with users and gather feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to iterate and refine product features.
• Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, generating reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) in product management roles, preferably within the tech industry and/or mental health sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Passion for mental health and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
• Experience with user research techniques and usability testing methodologies
