Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads and SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Google Ads campaigns and optimizing our website for search engine visibility. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Google Ads:

Developing and implementing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.
Conducting keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure our campaigns are competitive and effective.

SEO:

Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.
Implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including meta tags optimization, content optimization, link building, and local SEO.
Monitoring website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and making data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance.
Collaborating with content creators, developers, and other team members to implement SEO best practices and ensure website content is optimized for search engines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and improving SEO performance for websites.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics, as well as SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Google Ads and SEO certifications (preferred but not required).
