As a Commercial Management Trainee at Alibaba Travel Company, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills and knowledge in various aspects of commercial management. Through rotational assignments across different departments, you will gain exposure to critical functions such as Sales, Product, Business Finance, and customer services. Responsibilities:

·       Participate in rotational assignments in various departments to gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of company operations.

·       Assist with market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

·       Support sales and marketing teams in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

·       Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making processes.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

·       Support product and customer services activities to ensure efficient production and delivery of products/services.

·       Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

·       Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge in commercial management.

Requirements:

·    Bachelor's/Master degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, MBA, or a related field (applicants with degrees from Top universities in Iran may have an advantage.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·       Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

·       Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

·       Previous internship or work experience in a relevant field is a plus.
