Alibaba is looking for a Senior Bizagi Developer who is responsible for automating our business processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical parts of automating business processes and integrating with other enterprise systems, to increase efficiency and transparency across all business operations.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Silkroad portal – which is the main portal for the organization.
• Translating requirements to technical specifications.
• Collaborating with cross-technology teams to integrate BPM applications with enterprise systems, set up/deploy infrastructure and cloud environments, and secure applications.
• Using BPMN2 when transitioning a process from a physical to an automated solution, otherwise model a process. Also, shall be able to re-engineer processes if needed.
• Translating application requirements into web-based software solutions deployed to the Bizagi Work Portal using the Bizagi Suite (Modeler, Studio, and Engine) with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (or newer) and Microsoft .NET Framework (4.5 or newer).
• Developing process applications using the Bizagi Studio tool, to include modeling the processes and then modeling the data, defining the forms, documenting the business rules, defining the performers, integrating the interfaces, and other design, development, and deployment tasks necessary using the Bizagi suite of tools, Bizagi connectors, Bizagi widgets, as well as non-Bizagi APIs, custom components, SOAP and REST web services, data replication, and data virtualization.
• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the joint team regarding all design, development, and deployment of BPM-based process applications, and instruct/mentor the team in the best practices for such development in accordance with the best practices established by Bizagi itself as well as best practices developed through the Bizagi Developer’s personal experience and knowledge.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

 
Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Computer Engineering, Business, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of equivalent experience in a related field; 
• At least two years of computer experience in two of the following disciplines: application programming, business process analysis, and modeling, and BPM application development;
• Minimum three years of experience developing web applications using the .NET Framework CLR (Common Language Runtime), HTML, scripting tools and libraries, and in developing software applications using low coded/noncoded development suites;
• Experience developing enterprise-level applications with Bizagi suite;
• Experience in implementing computer systems using an Agile, Waterfall, or Agile/Waterfall hybrid approach;
• Experience in performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas such as office automation, and finance and accounting;
• Experience performing configuration management, software integration, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results;
• Experience in life–cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Able to provide solutions to identified software problem reports.
