Role Overview:
The Mechanical Engineer will be at the forefront of designing and developing cutting-edge battery systems.
This role demands a blend of creative design and engineering rigor, focusing on enclosed metal sheet
design and thermal management. The ideal candidate will be procient in Solidworks or another professional 3D drawing
software, capable of creating detailed renders and preparing comprehensive production documentation, including Bill of
Materials (BOM) lists. A basic understanding of electronics and a fundamental knowledge of batteries are essential to bridge
the gap between mechanical design and electronic functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for advanced battery storage solutions, focusing on durability,
eciency, and safety.
• Utilize Solidworks or equivalent 3D CAD software to create accurate models, assemblies, and detailed drawings for
production.
• Conduct thermal simulations and analyses to ensure optimal thermal management of battery systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate mechanical designs with electronic components and systems.
• Prepare detailed renders for presentation and technical documentation for production, including BOM lists and assembly
instructions.
• Follow the production process, addressing any mechanical design-related issues that arise during manufacturing,
assembly, and testing phases.
• Continuously update and maintain mechanical design les and documentation for future reference and compliance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related eld.
• Demonstrated experience in enclosed metal sheet design and thermal management of electronic or battery systems.
• Prociency in Solidworks or other professional 3D CAD software, with the ability to produce high-quality renders.
• Experience preparing comprehensive documentation for production, including BOM lists.
• Basic electronic knowledge and understanding of battery technology to ensure cohesive design integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work eectively in a multidisciplinary team.
