 Job Description:

 We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience efforts for our innovative marketplace platform. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be at the helm of creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions that simplify the complexities of the lending process for our users. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding the visual and interactive elements of the platform, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience from start to finish.

 Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and iteration of UI/UX strategies, aligning them with the project objectives and user needs.
• Utilize your proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD to create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and AI specialists to integrate AI-driven functionalities into user-friendly designs.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Champion the principles of good design within the organization, keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design.

 Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, particularly in web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in using Figma and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of user experience design principles and a user-centered design approach.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
