Alma owns two subsidiaries in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector, which market their products under the Penguin and Merosa brands.

About the position
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing Alma's digital channels. Your primary focus will be on execution tasks aligned with the group's omnichannel strategy. This involves both launching new digital channels for targeted marketing and optimizing the company's existing digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and managing Instagram pages for the Penguin and Merosa brands to increase brand awareness and engage the target audience.
• Creating relevant and valuable content for the target customer group on the Alma group's websites and for the Penguin and Merosa brands.
• Identifying attractive opportunities in the FMCG sector based on keyword research on digital platforms.
• Planning and executing email marketing campaigns to generate leads and maintain relationships with the company's existing customers.
• Producing regular reports on specified KPIs and providing suggestions for the continuous improvement of digital channels.

Requirements

• At least 1 years of experience in related fields.
• Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing and SEO.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Trends, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc.).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with the photography profession will be considered an advantage.
• The ability to use and create valuable content with generative AI tools and skills in prompt engineering in this field will be considered an advantage.
