To develop the business and sales targets of company advertisement platforms, products, and marketplaces in the Digital division which empowers and enables business growth in the desired ecosystem as per vertical assignment.
Roles & Responsibilities
To create and execute Digital marketing campaigns for both internal and external B2B customers on Digital Ads platforms based on manager guidance and the given framework, track campaigns performance and report its efficiency to the customers and line manager.
To be responsible and accountable for assigned Digital Ads platforms B2B sales targets based on the given timeframe.
To optimize campaigns based on standard marketing funnels effectively to satisfy customers’ campaign needs and objectives.
To communicate with B2B customers effectively and address their requirements and issues anytime upon customer request.
To prepare Digital Ads platforms B2B Sales plan for increasing the number of customers and sales revenue and to fully execute it.
To maintain the online presence and reputation of assigned projects/platforms.
To find, deliver primary negotiation, and onboard new Digital Ads platforms B2B customers to use digital ads services and to build and maintain proper relationships with these customers to complete assigned tasks.
To support in the provisioning of market planning, positioning, market entry mode, market segmentation, competitive and situational analysis, and communication plan for ATL/ BTL for Digital Ads platforms with all internal and external teams for assigned projects.
To escalate issues, fraud cases, mis-conductions, and business difficulties to the line manager for further action.
To follow up on complaints and issues raised by the Digital team and CR regarding assigned projects until their resolution.
To analyze market conditions and size, evaluate market needs and demands, and suggest new business opportunities.
To take the initiative and provide creative business models to empower and enable a digital marketing ad platform and ecosystem.
To capture and raise digital advertisement platform requirements from a business perspective and address them to relevant internal and external teams.
To work along with teams to develop current and new businesses and serve relevant digital department needs.
Education
B.Sc. or Master Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or related fields
MBA in marketing is a plus
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and B2B Sales
Experience working in a medium organization
