We are a successfully growing BTL promotional marketing company and seek for a strong “Account Manager- BTL Experience” to support our team and to improve the growth in the region.
About the Job:
Management and development of projects: in-store activities, events, samplings, roadshows - for multinational clients
Coordination and supervision of all key processes of the project
Respond to briefs from clients’ marketing departments
Day-to-day client handling
Lead the execution of projects ensuring the implementation and delivery
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted adviser relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year’ Experience in the field of advertising and marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to details.
Effective team-working skills.
Influencing and negotiation skills.
Oral and written communication skills.
Passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good campaign.
Resilience to deal with problems and constructive criticism
