Job Description
At Digikalajet, we are seeking a Monitoring & Reporting Specialist to join our Operations department. As a Monitoring & Reporting Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
Track and analyze operational performance Of Vendors.
Collect and analyze data to improve Polygon Areas.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in monitoring and reporting, preferably in an e-commerce or technology company.
Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
