Software System Analyst

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document software requirements.
- Analyze complex business processes and user needs to create comprehensive software specifications.
- Design software systems, including data structures, user interfaces, and system architectures.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Coordinate with development teams and project managers to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Provide training and support to end-users, creating user manuals and documentation as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative software solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages, software development methodologies, and tools.
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools is a plus.

- Proficiency in BPMN2, Jira, and Confluence.
