● Assisting HR Manager to implement HR process
● Managing and updating the database
● Organizing, evaluating the quality of HR process, and implementing improvements

Requirements
● Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields
● Minimum 1 years of experience in the HR field
● Full Computer knowledge (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Strong interpersonal skills
● High ability to analyze and solve problems
