Position: CEO Assistant
Responsibilities:
• organize office operations and procedures
• preparing letters, presentations and financial reports
• organizing meetings and managing databases
• organizing company events or conferences
Qualifications:
• at least bachelor's degree (preferred from a prestigious university)
• at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• computer skills (MS Office)
• attention to detail- meticulous and curious to understand how things work
