Front Office Engineer

Responsibilities:
● Monitor B2B numbers
● Monitor B2C numbers
● Monitor Database that provides services to the employer
● Prepare and send employer campaign reports
● Prepare analytical reports for the use of the employer
●Monitor hardware resources of existing databases
●Troubleshoot business systems (CRM, CBS)

Required Skill:
● At least 2 years of related work experience
●Good knowledge of DevOps
● Good knowledge of Network
● Good knowledge of Query writing
● Good knowledge of Linux
● Result-orientated. 
● Efficient teamwork skills
● Accurate and on-time response
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology Management
●Willing to do shift work
