Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
2. Conducting employee onboarding and helping organize training & development initiatives.
3. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
4. Undertake tasks around running quarterly and annual feedback sessions.
5. Promote HR programs to create an efficient, conflict-free workplace to address employee inquiries and concerns.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
7. Assist in drafting various HR documents, including employee files and records, workflows, job descriptions, onboarding, etc.
8. Support HR projects and initiatives and undertake tasks around running events and team building.
9. Craft and execute employer branding strategies to position our organization as the employer of choice.

Requirements and skills:

1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist
2. Proven experience in recruiting for tech positions
3. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
4. Excellent communication and people skills
5. Aptitude in problem-solving
6. Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
