QC Manager

A Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality control program in Digikala. The primary goal of this role is to ensure that the products, services, and processes meet the required standards of quality to drive sustainable growth for Digikala and meet our customer requirements.

They must fully understand the requirements of the Digikala and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition.

They must analyze the data gathered even from other divisions and plan accordingly to improve the quality and will be accountable for identifying the mistakes and inspecting the procedures.

An efficient QA manager should know the business and should be competent to continue the business life cycle and attain long term success in Digikala. 

Responsibilities

·         Understanding customer and the business needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.

·         Monitoring all operations that affect quality and gathering the required information from all related divisions and teams for analysis.

·         Plan and conduct experiments to test hypotheses, evaluate the effectiveness of different business strategies and recommend solutions.

·         Collaborate with teammates and quality responsible staffs in other divisions to understand business requirements or any deviations to propose solutions together.

·         Monitor data quality and ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency.

·         Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met and analyze their feedbacks with performance metrics to find the areas for improvement.

·         Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.

Requirements

·         At lease a bachelor’s degree, having a post-graduate degree is plus.

·         Minimum 5 years of experience.

·         A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach.

·         In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.

·         Having relevant experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing is an added advantage.

·         Strong knowledge of data analysis, and statistical methods.

·         Excellent communication and listening skills.
