Business Finance Senior Supervisor

Who are you?

Basically you are someone with an eye for numbers! With a deep knowledge of finance, you are able to plan targets and budgets for the whole team and monitor the progress of budget and targets on a weekly basis.

Also with a data driven mindset, you can find root causes when there is a gap on a budget; and you can raise flags when necessary. 

As a creative business finance supervisor, you can propose solutions for reaching aggressive targets. Solutions may be new business models which you provide evidence and data for them,, or some quick hacks such as pricing initiatives.

What you’ll do?

Target planing from A to Z wich includes topline to bottom line, and break down for verticals

Supervision and monitoring on targets and how business in going 

Run weekly business reviews and OKRs

Supervision the planning team in Jet

Responsible for new business plans in Jet

Qualifications And Experience

Must-haves:

• Finance measurement

• Data-driven mindset

• Communication skills

• Comfort working with vague guidelines

• Collected and effective under pressure and tight timelines

• Creative problem-solver

• Attention to detail

• Proficient in Excel

• Understanding of key economic trends and metrics

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge in Client-side data analysis tools (GA or any other tool)

• experience in analytical roles

• Proficient in PowerPoint

• Experience in Data gathering tools and SQL
