Role description: 

• Analyze different markets to identify potentially valuable segments 
• Evaluate business processes, perform requirements analysis, and explore areas for improvement and development
• Conduct various research and analyses in order to find solutions to business problems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics or Business Management
• Relevant working experience, typically through internships, and with basic knowledge and experience in a certain industry, function, or subject
• Excellent problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and passion for solving complex challenges in a business development context
• Considerate team players with a passion to create true impact and value together with our clients
• Strong desire to help innovate, develop, and build new businesses, including our own 
• Excellent communication skills in English and Farsi; knowledge of other languages and cultures are considered highly beneficial
• Ability to work full-time and travel on an as-need basis to participate in trainings and potential international client projects
